The Woodbound Inn is a non-smoking facility including all of our guest accommodations, restaurant and lounge. The Woodbound Inn offers two dog friendly cabins and 2 dog friendly rooms in our Edgewood Building for those who enjoy traveling with their dog.

Breakfast is offered Monday - Sunday from 7-9:30 am. Breakfast is included in your stay. 

 

Not all room types are available for online booking so please call to inquire about current availability.  Rates subject to change based on season and availability.  Weekend reservations have a two night minimum in peak season (May 1 - October 31).

POLICIES & GUIDELINES:

Woodbound Inn Policies:

  • Breakfast is included in your stay, served 7-9:30am 7 days a week.

  • Max occupancy is NOT to be exceeded – no exception for children/infants.      Breaking of this policy will result in a $100 fine per night.

  • Dogs are allowed for an extra fee of $20 per night ONLY in specific Edgewood rooms and cabin. If a dog is found to have stayed in a non-pet friendly room, a cleaning fee of $100 per night is assessed.

  • Cancellations:

  • Rooms – At the time of reservation, a deposit equal to one night’s stay is taken. This deposit is refundable, less a $20 processing fee, until 14 days before your check in date. If you cancel within 14 days of check in, this deposit is forfeited.

  •  Cabins – At the time of reservation, a deposit equal to one night’s stay is taken. This deposit is refundable, less a $20 processing fee, until 30 days before your check in date. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before check in, this deposit is transferred to a Woodbound Inn gift certificate to be used towards a future stay. If you cancel within 14 days of check in, this deposit is forfeited.

  • Weekends have a two night minimum during peak season (May 1-October 31).

  • Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out are available for an additional fee based on availability, and are never guaranteed until the day of the reservation.

  • Cots are available ONLY in the Edgewood building for an additional fee of $15 per night

  • All rates are subject to a 8.5% NH Rooms and Meals tax.

  • A deposit equal to one nights stay is required at booking.

  • The Woodbound Inn is a non-smoking facility.

  • Must be 21 to make a reservation and check into a room.

 

Canine Guest Guidelines:

 

  • We welcome dogs in our designated dog friendly rooms/cabins with advance notice. Please ensure you notify the front desk associate if you will be travelling with a dog to ensure you are confirmed in one of our dog friendly rooms. We are sorry, but we cannot allow dogs in non-dog friendly rooms.  No dogs are allowed in non-dog friendly rooms with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA.

  • Dog friendly rooms must be booked directly with the front desk. Online reservations for dog friendly rooms will not be accepted.

  • All dogs have to be housebroken.

  • Dogs must be current on their rabies vaccine.  Proof will be needed at check in, we must see the rabies certicificate as the tag is not proof.

  • All guests will be required to leave a cell phone number with the Front Desk.

  • The pet fee of $20.00 per dog, per night will be applied to your room.

  • Maximum of two (2) dogs per room are allowed per room.

  • A credit card must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a signed Dog Registration Form/Waiver to cover damages, deep cleaning, soiled carpets or damaged soft goods in the room. Damages to the room will be billed on a case-by-case basis

  • Only dogs are permitted. No other pets are permitted.

  • Dogs must be on a leash at ALL TIMES when outside of the room.

  • Dogs are NOT PERMITTED in the Main Inn, including the lobby and the Grove at the Woodbound Inn. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time.

  • We kindly ask you to take your dog to relieve himself on the golf course, not on the lawn areas around the Main Inn and Edgewood buildings. All dog waste must be picked up and deposited in the proper outside trash receptacle. Additional disposal bags are available at the Front Desk for your convenience.

  • To avoid damage and excessive noise problems, please DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED in your room if you are leaving the property. Excessive noise will not be tolerated as other guests are here to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If complaints are made about excessive barking of your dog, we will be happy to recommend a local kennel for the remainder of your stay. Excessive barking that disturbs other guests will be subject to a $75.00 nuisance fee.

  • Please do not use the Tub in your room to wash your dog. We can recommend a local groomer if your dog requires bathing.

  • Housekeeping services should be arranged in advance so that the dog is with his/her owner or out of the room during service. If a pet is left alone in a room, Housekeeping personnel WILL NOT service the room. The Privacy sign should be hung on the door, if your dog is in your room.

  • In the interest of providing a healthy environment for our other resort guests and their dogs, we ask that your pet is 100% free of parasites, to include ticks and fleas.

  • We ask that your pet refrains from sleeping or lying on guest room beds, chairs, and other furniture.

  • For insurance purposes the following breeds are not allowed: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies and Boxers.
