The Brummer Room
Up to 40 Guests
A private space off of the Main Dining Room, best suited for a small lunch, dinner or corporate meeting. The Brummer Room is a light filled space perfect for an intimate gathering. This room is perfect for showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners and business meetings.
The Playbarn
35-75 Guests
An open rustic space with a stone fireplace at one end, suitable for mid size groups. The room accommodates a variety of meeting sets. The Play Barn offers a more relaxed atmosphere for meeting and dining.
The Ballroom
80-175 Guests
The ballroom offers an elegant setting for a wedding or corporate or social gathering. The room accommodates a group up to 175 people with dance floor or a meeting set with breakout space and lunch. A covered porch surrounds the ballroom and is perfect for a morning or afternoon break away from the conference table, or a casual cocktail reception.
*On Saturdays in peak season (May 1 - Oct 31) we require a minimun of 100 people. On Fridays in peak season and off peak season we require a minimum of 80 people.
The Beach
Up to 200 Guests
Breathtaking views of Mt Monadnock from our private beach. Ideal for a casual barbecue or wedding ceremony.
