Consider the Woodbound Inn for your next corporate retreat or board meeting.  The Inn offers the perfect atmosphere to host meeting. We offer meeting space from 10-150 people in a quiet country setting - ideal for concentrating on the business at hand. Treat your attendees to menus created by our executive chef.

The Inn offers three styles of overnight accommodations and can house up to 75 attendees comfortably.  The Main Inn guest rooms offer a traditional Innroom with modern amenities, all with private baths and individual heat and air conditioning.  The Main Inn also offers three two-room suites with king size beds and soaking tubs for the discerning traveler. Our Edgewood building is the business class guest room with two double beds and private baths, televisions and air conditioning.  Both buildings offer complimentary wireless internet for the guests and meeting space.  For the more rustic retreat, Woodbound Inn offers our lakeside cabins with either one or two bedrooms. These cabins sit along the shores of Lake Contoocook and offer a complete get away from the hustle and bustle of daily corporate life.

The meeting space at the Woodbound Inn compliments our accommodations.  The Edgewood Ballroom for the larger meetings of up to 150 or is suitable for a small meeting which incorporates breakout needs. For meetings up to 25, the Main Inn houses the Brummer Room, also a great fit for lunch or dinner up to 30 people. The Playbarn, a more rustic option with a great stone fireplace, will house up to 50 people in a true hollow square.

During your guests leisure time, they will enjoy the Inn’s many recreational activities, including our private beach,  tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes and miles of hiking trails for the self-guided nature walk.  Let us organize a golf tournament on our 9-hole par3 golf course, an afternoon of team building for your attendees, or enjoy a hike up Mount Monadnock, our local state park offering the “most climbed mountain in America”.
