Located along the quiet shores of Lake Contoocook and overlooking Mt. Monadnock, the Woodbound Inn offers the ideal setting for your wedding event. The extensive grounds offer a spectacular and ever changing backdrop, whether it is the soft colors of spring, the lush fall foliage or the sparkling winter snow.  The Woodbound Inn offers the perfect location for a wedding event that provides accommodations and activities for all of your guests against the beautiful New Hampshire background. 

The Woodbound Inn offers a variety of rooms to host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and post wedding brunch.  The Edgewood Ballroom accommodates groups up to 180 people.  The Brummer Room, located in the Main Inn, is a great place for your smaller wedding or rehearsal dinner of up to 30 people.  Or for the outdoor enthusiasts our private beach area offers the perfect setting for a relaxed barbecue or after wedding brunch.  As well, there are areas for a tent to host larger functions in the summer and fall.  The mountain view from the upper lawn or along our private beach is a favorite for a ceremony to remember.

The Woodbound Inn offers a professional wedding planner to assist in all the details and work with you on creating the perfect event.  Our goal is to provide the wedding of your dreams and exceed all expectations.  Our menus offer gourmet options created by our executive chef.

Out of town guests are all set with our variety of offerings.  The Main Inn offers traditional guest rooms with modern amenities.  All have private baths and individual heating and air conditioning units.  There are also three two room suites with king beds, soaking tubs and sitting areas for your guests to relax - perfect for the bride and groom.  Our Edgewood building offers more traditional hotel-style guest rooms, all with two double beds and private baths.  Lakeside cabins are offered along the shores of Lake Contoocook.  The cabins are one and two bedroom and offer king and twin beds - great for the traveling family. 

During your guests leisure time, they will enjoy the Inn’s many recreational activities, including our private beach, 9-hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes and miles of hiking trails for the self-guided nature walk.  The Inn also offers a full service fine-dining restaurant and lounge for lunch and dinner.
