My 78 year old mother, Suzanne Crossley, introduced us to your restaurant a few months back and then again this week for Thanksgiving buffet. We also had the pleasure of staying in the Inn Thanksgiving night after the wonderful dinner. My wife, Ann and I have travelled quite a bit around the country and have also enjoyed some very nice cruises aboard the best ships. Since moving to New Hampshire 20 years ago, your restaurant is the only one we've seen besides the Mt Washington Hotel where the food quality and the service is as professional as it gets on the best of the world class cruise liners.

        It is obvious that you have taken very special care to properly communicate and reinforce the highest standards of excellence to your staff. All of them went about their work as would be expected from a true culinary expert. The food was fabulous, the presentation artful, the dining room was beautifully simple and warm, we loved the open kitchen and the prices were very fair. It is clear you have done your research. Jaffrey is a beautiful area but certainly not overly wealthy and you have brought to town an exquisite restaurant that the elite will appreciate and  even the average guy in town can afford ..

        I wish you could bring your brand of quality, service and price to Wolfeboro. These guys up here charge far too much for an offering that only hopes to try and measure up to yours.

We had a great visit to the Woodbound Inn a couple of weekends ago. We loved staying in the cabins and being so close to the water, as that is where we spent summers with our grandparents. We learned to ski in the winters when there was a little rope tow and my mother was even a waitress at the Inn in high school...the food was great, the service was great as well. Our accommodations were very comfortable and we would highly recommend the Woodbound Inn to friends.

Our stay at the Woodbound was terrific! The Inn is lovely and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and the food was wonderful. The dinner at the reception was the best wedding meal we have ever had!

The weekend was magical and Woodbound was an important part of that. We thank each and every staff memberfor their part in making it such a wonderful weekend.
